How do I reserve my glamping setup?

What Glamping experiences do you offer?

We provide several options to be Glamp'd. Currently, we are offering our tents as either naked or fully furnished:

• The naked tent gives you the flexibility to add your own personal touch. You still have access to the various add-ons that we offer to make your stay even more comfortable. Click here to book now.

• The fully furnished Glamp'd experience includes eye-catching décor and comfort in a spacious canvas bell tent with lighting, seating, and bedding. You will be able to select whether you prefer a (lounge experience or a sleeping experience). We offer additional items for your glamping experience as well. Click here to book now.

 

How many people can the tent sleep?

Our glamping tent can sleep up to 6 glampers comfortably with a maximum of 8 glampers. Please let us know your group size and we will work with you to accommodate everyone.

 

When do you set up/ disassemble the tent?

We always set up by 2PM and pick up the morning of your check out date after 9am. Depending on Travel we will set up between 9am and 2pm.

 

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are allowed within the first 48 hours for a full refund. Any cancellation after the 48-hour period will be subject to a 50% refund or the option to reschedule your booking. At the latest your cancellation notice must be provided to us 7 days prior to your event.

 

Can I reserve multiple outdoor tents?

Please contact us for availability and to discuss the details of your vision.

 

What if it rains?

Our tents are waterproof and are made to withstand all 4 seasons. We can set up in light rain. Heavy rain is on a case by case basis. If we are not able to set-up due to the rain, then we can reschedule your experience to the next available date.

 

Do you set up at campgrounds?

Yes, please have the campground reserved prior to our arrival.

 

How does bedding work?

Bedding depends on the setup that is chosen during the booking of your experience. We set up the sleeping/lounging arrangement for you along with our ultra-soft linens, blankets, and pillows.

 

What is the theater experience?

A theater experience can either be added to one of our standard glamping options or we can accommodate a movie night for you, your friends or family. For both options, we will provide a 50" projector with a connected Roku stick where you can stream from your favorite apps.

 

Discounts for multiple nights?

Yes, we offer a 25% discount starting on your second night.
